Terrible. There’s no way to skip getting a free trial. No X button or anything.

You have to start a 3 day free trial to use this app at all, which then automatically turns into a ridiculously expensive paid subscription.

Wow, quite literally the app doesn’t work. I get a black screen instead of unblurring my photos. Terrible.

I got the package and it is not allowing me to use it. Not happy it wants me to purchase more, every time I press a picture it takes me to the purchase premium page which I have already done.

Strange h~ow it immediately withdraws the subscription funds for a year and it does not clear blurry photos. Even when I cancelled the subscription because the app does not even come anywhere close to what it claims to do. I can’t even get a refund of my money.

Signed up for the 3 day trial just for me not to be able to use the features because it doesn’t let me

I downloaded this app it says, free trial for 3 days. I downloaded the lite and pro version for the 3 day “trial”. Because it I downloaded the app and deleted it within 10 hours of having it. I was charged $99 and $199. I am FURIOUS. Scams and theft

Every time I try to edit a photo it asks me to go premium! I’ve already started the free trial, yet it keeps asking me to over and over and over again and when I click no thanks it takes me back to the Home Screen instead of letting me edit the pic I’ve chosen from my gallery

Aside from the obvious forced free-trial with no ability to exit out, the fact that you have to manually change the pattern over and over instead of it changing for you.

I as so many other people know what page I am talking about there you want to try out the free trial of the premium version of the app. well this is what I thought I signed up for was the FREE TRIAL and was then charged $100 for a friggin photo app I used that one time. I tried to request a refund but it was not eligible for one ? be careful signing up for a free trial and don’t let me rob you of a $100 like I was!!!

Doesn’t work what at all. Wanted to uncle a video just enhance the quality and go to do it and all I get is a spinning wheel and error over and over

Totally not happy. Signed up for the free trial for the lite version to unblur a photo and it didn’t work and prompted me to sign up for the pro. Again unsuccessful. They not only charged me $9.99 for the lite version but $19.99 for the pro version as well! Will never use this app just for the simple fact they do not honor the free trials advertised! Again very unhappy. I’d give negative zero stars if I could!

As soon as you download you have to purchase a subscription. I have no issue paying for an app if it works and is good. This app continued to ask me to obtain a subscription multiple times. Then would not let me edit my own pictures. Once I finally got my pictures in the app I was unable to edit my picture. Very displeased.

They took my credit catd info now and I cannot upload a picture to restore

Went to try this out on a free trial and couldn’t even get past the free trial screen after I already accepted it to unblur a photo, stay away from this!!!!

Takes too long to load. Too many bugs, makes pics even more blurry

Doesn’t work for trial paid

I don’t get why I’m doing the free trial and it won’t let me un blur photos because it keeps taking me back to the screen where it says how does your free trial work. I’m just trying to edit pictures and it’s getting annoying that I can un blur photos

It does an excellent job removing the blurs and making pictures sharper and clearer; however, this app needs to categorize pictures by album if it is going to have full access to pictures instead of having the user keep scrolling over. That way, people can save a lot of time choosing a picture to make changes on.

I always use this app and now I can’t use it unless I do some free trial why did you guys change this?

I used to use this app to blur out things that I did not want included in my photo. However, now it seems to do a blurred background as soon as you load the photo, whether you want the background blurred or not. There doesn’t seem to be any obvious way to turn this feature off. As soon as you load the image, the background becomes blurred. If you want to blur a single detail, you can still do that, but your background will be blurred whether you wanted that or not.

4.99 a week to blur photos? If you want to unblur your photo or do literally anything else you have to upgrade to premium. Ridiculous.

Every feature is behind a paywall, but there’s no indication of it. It just has a pop up trying to get you to upgrade every time you try to use any feature.

You can only use ONE feature on ONE setting and you can only save a photo ONE time without premium. Almost anything you click will make a pop up happen that tells you you cant use the feature without premium and you should upgrade to premium. Soooooo annoying. 1 star app

You can blur unblur like who does not want this app tho I kept blurring my brother out of every photo😂😂😂 Thx for this app💕

Why is there no ‘undo’ button? Every time you mess up you have re-upload the photo. Bad UX & you have to pay to have the eraser option lol

unhinged prices for such a simple function, will only let you download your edit once before requiring payment to do it again. Any settings such as size of the blur are locked behind a paywall, this app is insanely overpriced for the tiny amount of functionality it offers. Would be overpriced but tempting at $0.99 as a one time purchase, instead it’s a subscription of $6.99 a week!

It just smooths the picture but does not take away the blur as it claims. Downloaded the app and just unsubscribed. Why claim you provide this when it clearly doesn’t? I tried it with different pictures. Zero stars for false advertisement!

I would give you a Minus Star if I could! I don’t write reviews, but this software is an exception. I’m going to make this short and sweet. Don’t download the software. There’s nothing you can even look at, if you try to see any of the filters, a big pop-up comes up wanting you to try it for 3 to 7 days and then you have to pay after the trial. I know other software companies do the same thing except at least they let you look at the filters and everything they have to offer. Thanks a lot editors, you might have made a sale had I seen anything you had to offer. There are many more software programs out there that will let you see their products. Bye-bye.
